Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who takes on Z-grade movies generally in the horror or martial arts genre. The style is similar like The Cinema Snob but tending towards dumb action flicks and an obsession with them. She started reviewing late in 2009, gaining some respect from the forums of Channel Awesome under the old username Obscurus Lupa. In 2010 she joined in the Channel Awesome Family. Beginning in early 2015, she joined the website when Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that focus on the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show can be seen here and here. Also, you can find them via her Twitter page as well as her Tumblr account. You can't have enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force shows her on the move as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! The role of a guest on Midnight Screenings is a regular occasion. The program reviews grotesque film that is aimed at kids, RiffTrax and live shows. It also occasionally features adult-oriented comedy. In late 2009 she began to review movies, and began to gain a following on the Channel Awesome forums. She then became a part of the family of network movie critics. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker and Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome.
