Hill House became her school preference after she was forced to change schools. Later, she enrolled at Queen's Gate School in which she studied Ballet and participated in school plays. At the age of 16, she dropped out of school to take on a full-time job in acting. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to be an actor and her dreams came true when she was approached for a modeling gig from Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
